We moved in 2007. This company was recommended by a family member. Initially, it was Tony who came and designed it. We were very pleased with the design and went ahead with the kitchen. However, further down the line we found that the wrap around doors were peeling off. We contacted Tony, who by the way was never available. We then had to deal with either Martin or Glenda. What a fiascoAlthough we agreed for them to refit the damaged doors, at our expense. The service was a joke. Glenda was one of the rudest people we have had to deal with. Martin was a gentleman and we found him to be embarrassed with the whole situation. Despite putting our complaints in writing, and legitimately we were met with denials, and lies. Shame really, as Tony was very pleasant to deal with at the beginning of his business. Shame this company does not value its customers. We would never deal with them again!!!
Worst company I have ever dealt with. Their customer service is appalling. Lauren was brilliant in the beginning then she left. After that everything went down hill. Left messages with their reception service. Sent emails. Have missed three deliveries now. DO NOT USE. STILL WAITING ON A REFUND
Trying to fit my kitchen after two months, every time i get a delivery its weeks late and parts missing, can never get them to answer phone. Spent two hours on hold only to be cut off of sent back to switchboard who cannot help and knows nothing of my kitchen. They guy who planned my kitchen and ordered it months ago doesn't want to help. I spend hours a day trying to get handles for my kitchen ... Just don't know what to do next ??
